About the MBBS programme and its Duration

In the first year, curriculum covers basic sciences such as Human Anatomy and Physiology, Psychiatry, Medical Practice I, Biochemistry, etc. The second year focuses on studying fundamental concepts in Microbiology and Parasitology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Medicine and Surgery, Psychiatry II and Medical Economics. Eligibility Criteria

• The student has to score minimum 50% in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in order to pursue medical science in Philippines.
• Has to qualify NEET with the minimum passing marks of 150 for general category and 115 for reserved category students according to the guidelines of NMC.
• Students have to clear National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) exam to qualify for their medical degree. However universities of Philippines taking admission without NMAT provide specific time period to the students to clear the examination.
